Oh we do like to be beside the seaside, oh we do like to be beside the sea… that’s pretty much all we’ve been singing this week, what with the summer holidays here and the promise of a beach trip or two on our doorstep.
Naturally, that means ocean crafts galore! My lot are completely obsessed with anything that lives under the sea — octopuses, jellyfish, even the weird squishy ones I can’t actually name.
Trouble is, crafting can often mean paint up the walls or glue stuck somewhere it really shouldn’t be…
However, these kids ocean crafts have been handpicked with minimal clean up and stress in mind!
These are strictly no-mess under-the-sea and sea animal crafts – no paint, no liquid glue, and nothing to scrub off the table once everyone’s finished.
Some take five minutes flat, others are more of a slower afternoon project, but each one leaves the cleanup to absolutely nobody.
We love no mess toddler activities around here (if you couldn’t tell!), so if these ocean ones go down well, there’s plenty more where that came from.
